Since assuming management and operation of the HomeBase Youth Services programs, NAC determined that the Outreach Services were essential to meet the needs of homeless youth who are living on the streets, in shelters, or in transitional housing in Phoenix.
HFF has provided financial support to sustain the positive impact that the Outreach Services Program continues to offer through a consistent presence on the streets where food, hygiene supplies, information and support are made available to these at-risk youth.
